All the flooring is pine from an old barn granary that is skip planed, milled with tongue and grooved finished with satin urethane. Basement has full kitchen with range, commercial double sink, stainless steel butcher tables. All appliances in both kitchens stay with the home including the washer, dryer, and gun safe. There is an external hookup and transfer switch generator that is wired to power the furnace, water pump for the well, entertainment center, lights, refrigerators, and freezers.
